Pay $27.22–$39.67/hour
Pay Range by License:
- Fully Licensed (LMSW, LPC, LLP): $29.47–$39.67/hour
- Limited Licensed (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP): $27.22–$36.63/hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and mental health evaluations
- Provide individual and group therapy for adults
- Develop person-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and community providers
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Active Michigan license: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP
- Minimum 1 year of behavioral health experience (internship/fieldwork accepted)
- Eligible to obtain QMHP credential within 120 days of hire
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
