What You'll Do
-
Greet service customers, answer incoming calls, and identify vehicle concerns using established customer-contact processes.

Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, review service needs, and recommend multi-point inspections.

Explain recommended repairs, pricing, and estimated completion times before work begins.

Create accurate repair orders in ADP and obtain customer authorization for additional services.

Dispatch repair orders to technicians and communicate with the shop throughout the repair process.

Keep customers updated on vehicle status, inspection findings, and changes to the original estimate.

Process service payments and review completed repairs with customers at vehicle delivery.

Welcome new vehicle owners through the Sales-to-Service process and explain available service support.
What You'll Bring
