Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated G-Code Slicing Technician, 3D Printing Engineer, and Warehouse Manager to play a pivotal role in our production and logistics processes. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful conversion of 3D models into printable files using G-code slicers, overseeing the operation and maintenance of our 3D printing equipment, running quality control on outgoing 3D printers, and managing our inventory and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- G-Code Slicing:
- Prepare 3D models for printing by generating and optimizing G-code files using slicing software.
- Fine-tune slicing parameters to achieve optimal print quality and efficiency.
- 3D Printing Operation:
- Set up and operate a variety of 3D printers and associated equipment.
- Monitor and adjust printer settings during the printing process to maintain quality and reliability.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform regular maintenance on 3D printers to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D printing equipment.
- Quality Assurance & Outgoing Product QC:
- Conduct quality checks on printed parts and outgoing 3D printers to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Implement quality control processes for both printed parts and finished printer units, and suggest improvements.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory of 3D printers, parts, and materials; ensure accurate stock levels and timely reordering.
- Manage receiving, storage, and shipping of products and materials.
- Maintain organized warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Track and document inventory movements and warehouse activities.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of slicing configurations, printer settings, maintenance activities, inventory, and warehouse operations.
- Create documentation and guidelines for 3D printing and warehouse processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with G-code slicing software and 3D printing technology.
- Experience in warehouse or inventory management is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining 3D printers.
- Knowledge of various 3D printing materials and their properties.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality prints and products.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
