We are seeking a professional and friendly New Patient Coordinator to support daily administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, requiring excellent customer service, organization, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
The following duties represent the primary responsibilities of this role; however, additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support clinic operations.
- Onboarding of Clients
- Coordinating Initial Appts (Therapy, Psych, Orientation)
- Sending Emails after coordinating
- Admin work on EHR, Excel Sheets, Outlook, Teams
- Keeping track of IA’s on EHR with Admissions Teams and catching Internal Referrals
- Informing JIT of Emergency Med Refills (if applicable)
- Scheduling Parent Appts as Requested by Providers
- Documenting Clients Attendance Changes and Editing EHR Schedule
- Calling Clients when Not Present for Program, and informing clinical managers if
- needed.
- Indexing Documents as Requested.
- Reprinting Daily Program Schedules, Welcome Packets, Orientation Acknowledgments,
- WRAP packets, etc. as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role in a healthcare setting (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems or medical practice management software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
- Bilingual abilities to support a diverse patient population
- Additional certification in office administration is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
