Opportunity Overview
A community-based behavioral health and wellness center in Renton, WA is seeking an experienced Primary Care ARNP to provide adult-only outpatient preventive care and chronic disease management. This role supports continuity of care for an adult population within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The schedule begins at 2 days per week, with the potential to expand based on patient care needs and provider productivity. Ideal days are Monday and Tuesday, but the center can be flexible.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive adult outpatient preventive care
- Manage chronic medical conditions
- Maintain a daily caseload of 18–20 patients
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person wellness
- Document and coordinate care using Athena EMR
- Maintain high-quality, patient-centered clinical standards
Requirements
- Active Washington ARNP license
- Family Medicine background strongly preferred
- Experience in adult outpatient primary care and chronic disease management
- Prior work in community-based or integrated care settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort with electronic health records
Compensation
Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
