Position: Irrigation Service Technician
Pay Range: $50K - $65K+ A Year, Based on Experience + Bonuses!
Compensation Breakdown:
- Hourly Rate: $20+
- Annual Range: $50K - $65K+ in 36-38 weeks
- Commission: On track earnings for new candidate would be $3500-$5000 and Top Employees earn $7500-$12,500
- Other: Tool Money Program up to $1000/yr
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule:
- Full-Time - Seasonal (Spring–Fall)
- Monday-Friday. 8-10+ Hour Shifts
- Overtime

Requirements:
- Experience in irrigation or a related trade is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors

- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems
- Troubleshoot sprinklers, valves, and controllers
- Perform seasonal startups and winterizations
- Document work using tablet software
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
