About Us
Olive Branch Care Counseling Clinic is a nonprofit, community-focused behavioral health clinic operated by Center Point Community Service. We are committed to providing affordable, culturally responsive, accessible, and evidence-based behavioral health services to underserved individuals, families, and court-referred participants.
Our services include individual counseling and educational or treatment programs addressing domestic violence, anger management, substance use, parenting, child abuse treatment, elder abuse, and life skills.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced California-licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical guidance, support developing clinicians, and assist with the continued growth of our new counseling clinic.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, and eligible trainees in accordance with California requirements.
- Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, ethical practice, and compliance.
- Provide consultation regarding complex clinical cases and mandated-reporting concerns.
- Help ensure that ethical, legal, and professional standards are maintained.
- Support clinical program development and implementation.
- Assist with staff training, professional development, and performance improvement.
- Participate in quality assurance, policy development, and clinical procedure review.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to promote safe and high-quality client care.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
- Meets California requirements to supervise associate clinicians and trainees.
- Completion of all required clinical supervision training.
- Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of California documentation, ethics, mandated reporting, and professional standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with underserved or court-referred populations preferred.
- Experience with domestic violence or Batterer Intervention Programs is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting nonprofit or community-based behavioral health programs is preferred.
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on licensure, qualifications, supervisory experience, and relevant program experience.
