We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Operations Associate to work directly with executive leadership on high-impact initiatives involving operations, AI implementation, business intelligence, automation, and organizational growth.

What You'll Do
- Analyze clinic operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research, implement, and optimize AI tools, automations, and workflow solutions.
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems to support data-driven decision making.
- Assist with business development and strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and document SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
- Audit workflows and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Support implementation of platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, HubSpot and similar technologies.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on strategic projects and organizational priorities.
- Drive projects from idea through execution while ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
