Clinic Operations & Specimen Collection Technician Compensation
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (Nights or weekends - emergency calls only)
Compensation: $15/hr base pay + monthly performance bonuses
Strong performers typically earn the equivalent of $17–$19/hr, with top performers earning significantly more due to the uncapped bonus structure.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and sales‑focused team member to support daily clinic operations, perform compliant specimen collections, and deliver excellent client service. This is a keyholder position that requires ownership, accuracy, and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service — Greet clients, manage check‑ins, answer questions
- Specimen Collection — Perform urine, saliva, alcohol, hair, and DNA collections
- Operations & Compliance — Follow DOT and company procedures with precision
- Sales Support — Upsell services, request reviews, and follow up with leads
- QuickBooks & POS — Process payments and complete daily entries
- Front Desk Management — Scheduling, documentation, phone handling
- Facility Readiness — Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and professional

Requirements
- Male (DOT‑regulated BFOQ requirement)
- Age 21+
- Clean 7‑year nationwide background check
- Pass pre‑employment and random drug testing
- 1 year QuickBooks experience
- 1 year customer service
- 1 year outside/inside sales experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Availability
- Reliable Transportation/Ability to commute to Westside of Spartanburg, SC
