Duties
- Perform regular property walks and inspections of all common areas and buildings
- Handle routine maintenance: light bulb replacement, watering plants, painting, cleaning, light lawn care, and snow removal
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for larger projects
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Manage mailboxes and keys
- Conduct daily boiler checks and basic upkeep
Experience
- Proven property maintenance or handyman experience
- Solid skills in basic repairs, janitorial work, and landscaping
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset—polite, reliable, and efficient
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
