TerraSol LLC is a family owned company based out of Taylor, Texas. We perform work in the vegetation management and construction sectors. The applicant must be proficent in equipment operation for grading, excavation, clearing etc.

Responsibilities of a Equipment Operator / Foreman will include:
- Operation of Tractors, Skid-Steers, Excavators, and other heavy equipment
- Supervision of Crew, delegation of tasks
- Coordination of project and management of projects
- operation of company owned vehicles on public roads to assist with transportation.
- Assisting fellow employees with different responsibilities and skills to have a satisfactory completion of a project.
Needed experience and skills of applicant:
- Proven experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar role in related sectors. 3-5 years experience in a similar role in a company that performs related work
- 5+ years of equipment operation experience. Applicant should be proficient in operating a utility tractor and batwing shredder, skid-steers, and excavators and other construction equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Applicant will need to undergo a background check and drug test prior to starting date.
Applicant will need to commute daily to Taylor. Jobsite locations vary.
Applicant will assist company in other fields of work as needed.
