Shift Manager
Lead the crew and ensure smooth operations during your shift, making every customer's experience a great one!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate crew members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage cash handling and daily paperwork.
- Train and develop crew members.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist the General manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Problem solving skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, weekend overnights (possible) and holidays.
