Job Title: Printroom Operator
Location: Smash Athletics, Spanish Fork
Pay: Starting at $18/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Printroom Operator to oversee daily print operations. This role is responsible for managing production workflow, maintaining equipment, ensuring quality control, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing equipment
- Schedule and prioritize print jobs to meet deadlines
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all printed materials
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed
- Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate with management and other departments regarding job status and timelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in print production or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed (typically up to 50 lbs)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
