Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales, operational, and marketing strategies to expand telehealth services and increase market penetration.
- Lead cross-functional teams across clinical, administrative, marketing, and technical departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee healthcare management practices, including medical management protocols, nursing leadership initiatives, and compliance with health regulation policies such as JCAHO standards.
- Drive performance improvement (PI) initiatives to optimize patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and enhance service quality.
- Manage healthcare financial operations by overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning aligned with organizational goals.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and community organizations to expand service reach and foster collaborative growth.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards such as JCAHO, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence through effective managerial communication and team leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive leadership roles within healthcare management or telehealth sectors with a strong emphasis on sales, operations, or marketing leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of medical management practices, health regulation policies (including JCAHO standards), and healthcare financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with excellent team leadership skills; experience in nursing leadership or medical leadership is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic management skills with a track record of implementing performance improvement (PI) initiatives that drive measurable results.
- In-depth understanding of operations management within healthcare settings, including operational management and healthcare management best practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulation policies such as JCAHO accreditation requirements; experience in managing compliance processes is preferred.
- Exceptional managerial communication skills capable of engaging diverse stakeholders across clinical, administrative, and technical domains.
