This full-time 26/27 SLP maternity leave role spans from August 12th through November 1st and is ideal for speech-language pathologists who have experience working with school-aged children facing significant autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and a range of other disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with complex needs, ASD, and intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students with complex needs, including those with ASD and multiple disabilities
- Conduct assessments and update IEPs as required during the assignment
- Document and track student progress, maintaining compliance with all state and district regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, specialists, and families to maximize student potential
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain regular communication with staff and caregivers
