Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner/Maid to join our team and ensure that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to promote health and safety.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep all surfaces pristine.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance when required.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each appointment.
- Use manual handling techniques safely for heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or large appliances while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven custodial or residential housekeeping experience with a strong understanding of cleaning surfaces and equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards, floor care, carpet cleaning, and dusting techniques.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and disinfectants, along with proper handling practices.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled appointments without compromising quality.
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work conditions when necessary.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and understanding specific service requests.

Pay: $21.08 - $24.80 per hour
