Qualifications
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
15+ years of progressive experience in architecture, with significant experience in hospitality, casino, gaming, resort, entertainment, or mixed-use developments. -
Demonstrated success generating revenue through business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Established network of contacts within the local market and relevant industry sectors.

Proven experience leading large, complex architectural projects and multidisciplinary teams.
-
Strong understanding of project financial management, contracts, and risk management.

Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
-
Drive business development efforts and grow the firm's Hospitality, Casino, and Gaming practice through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with developers, casino operators, tribal entities, hospitality brands, and key industry stakeholders.

Lead project pursuits, proposals, interviews, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

Provide executive-level oversight of architectural projects, ensuring design quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Mentor and develop architectural staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Represent the firm in the local market through networking, industry events, community engagement, and thought leadership initiatives.
