## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and leading a team to deliver exceptional outdoor maintenance services as well be an organized and efficient leader: you must know the plants and weeds that we find in the landscape beds here in vigo county and you must be experienced in how to do a standard landscape cleanup and lead a crew to get it done right without a callback.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a crew in various landscaping tasks including lawn care, garden maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping
- Maintain landscapes to ensure they are healthy, clean, and visually appealing
- Oversee the installation of landscapes and the construction of outdoor structures
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns: must do a walk through with the client before and after the job to assure there is no callbacks.
## Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance and/or construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in a variety of landscaping techniques and equipment operation
- Knowledge of plant care required, and hardscaping is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bonus paid on Thanksgiving Day or thereabouts

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
