What this actually is
We're adding Sales Reps to the team. This isn't a grind-from-zero cold outreach job. You'll run company-provided leads with homeowners who already need roof work — your job is to show up, build trust, and close.
We'll teach you the product fast. What we can't teach is how to hustle or how to connect with people. That has to come from you.
Most leads run in Palm Beach and Broward. Sleep in your own bed every night.
Day to day:
- Work warm leads — no cold lists, no door-knocking
- Run in-home consultations with homeowners who are ready to talk
- Do a quick visual roof check — not technical, we'll show you
- Build proposals using our estimating software (fast and straightforward)
- Manage your pipeline in the CRM — automated reminders do the heavy lifting
- Hand off to production and keep your customers happy
- Company truck + fuel provided. No overnight travel.
