Job Description:
The Access Control Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing
access control systems for our clients’ gate automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in electronic security systems and a proven track record of providing
excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and troubleshoot access control systems for fence gate operators
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on existing access control systems
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific access control needs
- Provide training to clients on how to use the access control systems effectively
- Keep accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining access control systems
- Knowledge of various access control technologies and products
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
