Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly and versatile team member to join our crew as a Barista / Counter Person / Bartender. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys making great coffee, serving delicious food, and crafting refreshing drinks—all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Barista Duties: Prepare and serve expertly crafted coffee and tea beverages while maintaining consistency and speed.
- Counter Service: Take orders, handle payments, and engage with customers in a warm, welcoming manner.
- Bartending: Mix and serve beer, wine, and cocktails
- Food Handling: Assist with preparing and serving deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and grab-and-go items.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the café, bar, and counter areas tidy and stocked.
- Teamwork: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and an outstanding guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in coffee, food service, and/ or bartending
- A passion for hospitality and community-building.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be 18+
- Willingness to learn and grow with us!
- Daytime availability Tuesday-Sunday
