The ideal candidate possesses EPA certification, CPO certification, multifamily maintenance leadership experience, and strong HVAC expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Provide maintenance leadership across multiple communities; oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building maintenance; support staffing transitions; train maintenance teams; manage vendors; support capital projects; ensure safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
EPA Certification (Universal preferred); CPO Certification; Valid Driver License; 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience; 2+ years Service Manager or Maintenance Supervisor experience; strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
