What You'll Do
- Work with borrowers from application through closing
- Build relationships with agents, clients, and referral partners
- Learn how to generate and manage your own pipeline
- Assist borrowers in identifying the best mortgage solutions for their needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the lending process
What We're Looking For
- Active NMLS license (or currently pursuing licensure, if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic
