American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Stroke Unit (2S) position in Crestview, FL, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and NIHSS certification for night shifts.

Med/Surg Stroke Unit (2S) in a hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

13-week contract

Active FL state RN license or compact (multistate) RN license currently in hand

Current certifications required: BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required

Stroke unit experience required

No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date

Valid driver's license required for consideration

US Social Security Number required for consideration

AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) compliance is required for all CHS Florida travelers

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position

Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible

RTO requests must be less than one week in duration

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
