Position Overview:
As a Spray Tan Consultant at Hush Hush Tan, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for greeting clients, assisting them with service decision, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. With a large portion of compensation based on commission, this role is perfect for someone who is motivated and eager to contribute to the success of the salon while helping clients achieve their perfect glow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly as soon as they walk in, making them feel welcome and valued
- Accurately check clients in and out, providing essential aftercare instructions and product recommendations
- Handle cash payments and ensure all transactions are processed correctly
- Escort clients to rooms and explain the preparation process for their spray tan
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the salon, including flipping rooms between clients
- Answer or return phone calls, voicemails, emails, and messages professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including handling cash deposits
- Contribute to the upkeep of the salon and pitch in where needed
- Offer clients products, packages, and memberships that suit their needs, aiming to meet sales goals
- Report any client feedback, concerns, or issues to the team manager
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passionate about representing Hush Hush Tan in a professional and friendly manner
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive under pressure during busy moments
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively
- Professional appearance and adherence to business casual dress code
- Punctual and dependable
- Willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed
- Must sign a PIA and abide by company guidelines
