Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport materials to and from construction sites, industrial locations, or other designated areas. This role requires attention to safety protocols, efficient handling of cargo, and adherence to schedules. The Dump Truck Driver will also be involved in truck loading and unloading activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks with manual transmission to transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and securement of materials.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during transportation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered on the job site.
- Assist with general maintenance of the truck to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating dump trucks.
- Proven experience operating dump trucks, preferably with manual transmission.
- Ability to load and unload cargo efficiently and safely.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and material transportation.
- Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual tasks related to loading/unloading cargo.
- Excellent communication skills and a responsible work ethic.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards at all times.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
