Position: Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will represent clients in a broad range of personal injury matters, including but not limited to:
- Motor vehicle accidents (car, truck, motorcycle)
- Slip and fall / premises liability
- Workers' compensation claims
- Negligence and tort actions
- Insurance claim negotiations and litigation
As a plaintiff-side firm operating on a contingency model, you'll manage client relationships from intake through settlement or trial, develop case strategy, negotiate with defense counsel and insurance carriers, and pursue maximum compensation for injured clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Level:
Minimum 3+ years of active personal injury plaintiff-side practice experience. Attorneys with 6+ years of relevant background and established book of business are also encouraged to apply.
Practice Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters
- Strong background in auto/motor vehicle accident cases (preferred primary focus)
- Ability to manage cases from intake through resolution
- Experience negotiating with insurance companies and defense counsel
- Florida Bar License in good standing (required)
- Trial-ready or trial-experienced preferred
Geographic/Work Arrangement:
- South Florida based or willing to relocate
- Hybrid work arrangement available; office presence required for client meetings, depositions, hearings, and mediations

- CLE credits in personal injury law or trial advocacy
- Prior experience in a boutique or mid-sized plaintiff firm
- Existing client relationships or portable book of business

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
