Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our fulfillment team. This is a physical, floor-based role where you'll be directly involved in receiving, processing, and shipping high-volume orders, working alongside your team to meet daily targets accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, test, quality control, and inventory management
- Pick, pack, and fulfill high-volume orders
- Collaborate across inbound, production, quality, and fulfillment teams to keep daily operations and shipping targets on track
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision, while proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvement
Requirements:
- Must meet scheduling requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Situational awareness to identify where support is needed and act without being directed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Picking and packing experience
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
- Exposure to B2B, D2C, or eCommerce logistics
- Tech-savvy with computer use and picking up new software quickly
