Prefabrication Project Engineer
Primary Responsibilities
- Support prefab project execution from planning through production.
- Create purchase orders and track material procurement in Plexxis ERP.
- Maintain production schedules and tracking reports in Excel and Smartsheet.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and material reconciliation.
- Develop and execute QA/QC inspection checklists.
- Collect, organize, and analyze production and quality data.
- Coordinate with fabrication, field, and project management teams.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and production planning.
- Read construction drawings and verify production requirements.
- Support fabrication operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Bluebeam.
- Experience with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Experience creating and managing QA/QC documentation.
- Experience with ERP systems (Plexxis preferred).
- Construction, manufacturing, prefabrication, or industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both office and shop personnel.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Pay: $65,452.13 - $78,824.07 per year
