=We're hiring a Retail Stocker in Cleveland to keep our shelves full, our backroom organized, and our store ready for customers every day. This is hands-on, physical work for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in a well-stocked floor, and would rather be moving than standing still.
As a Retail Stocker, you'll handle deliveries, break down shipments, and get product onto the floor quickly and accurately. A lot happens before the doors open and after they close, so we're looking for someone dependable who shows up ready to work.
What you'll do
- Receive and unload deliveries, then break down and sort shipments
- Stock and face shelves, rotating product so older stock sells first
- Keep the backroom clean, organized, and easy to pull from
- Track inventory and flag low stock, damages, or discrepancies to management
- Help with price changes, signage, and seasonal resets
- Pitch in on the sales floor and assist customers when needed
What we're looking for
- Some experience in retail, warehouse, or stockroom work is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stay on your feet, and handle repetitive physical work throughout a shift
- Organized and detail-oriented, so product ends up where it belongs
- Dependable and punctual. We need to know the floor will be covered for your shift.
- Open availability helps, including early mornings, evenings, and some weekends
