We are looking for responsible, outgoing, and friendly bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional, high-energy service to our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service, especially during catering events.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
