Your Mission:
Performs basic beveling, grinding, and material preparation tasks under close supervision while learning shop processes, safety standards, and equipment operation.
Explore the Depth of the Role:

Assist with beveling operations using hand grinders and basic tools

Clean and prepare materials for cutting and welding
-
Support layout work under supervision
-
Maintain clean and organized work area
-
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
-
Assist in equipment setup and material handling
-
Complete assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members
-
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Mission Readiness:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
0–2 years of manufacturing, welding, or related experience preferred
-
Basic ability to read measuring tools (tape measures, calipers)
-
Familiar with blueprint readings
-
Willingness to learn GD&T concepts
-
Basic math skills
-
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
-
Ability to work safely in a team environment
Travel Requirements:

Between facilities as needed
Physical Requirements:
-
May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach/pull/push with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.

May lift or carry 50lbs. Weights exceeding 50lbs will require mechanical means to maneuver.
