Merced Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team and serve as the point of contact for our service customers.
Responsibilities include scheduling customer appointments, greeting customers, listening to customer needs and clearly communicate those needs to the Technician, manage customer workflow through the shop, communicate maintenance and repair pricing to customer.
