Summary
'We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team in the Phoenix area. This role is vital in coordinating service operations, ensuring timely dispatch of technicians, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.
'Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch HVAC service technicians to client locations efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and clients regarding service schedules.
- Use dispatching software to schedule appointments and track technician availability.
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency and client needs.
- Ensure timely updates are provided to clients about service status.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service reports.
- Support the overall operational efficiency of the service department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching or coordinating HVAC or similar technical services.
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and data entry.
- Knowledge of dispatching software or relevant management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is advantageous.'
