Human Resource Generalist
The HR Generalist at Eagle Crest Communities is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for consistent, high-quality HR service delivery that strengthens culture, supports leaders, and enhances the employee experience. The HR Generalist partners closely with Eagle Crest South site leaders and the HR Manager to drive workforce stability, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in HR with 3+ years of experience or related degree with 5+ years of HR experience; long-term care or healthcare a plus
- Experience with HRIS platforms is required
- Strong knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for meeting HR goals and objectives at Eagle Crest South in La Crosse, WI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting managers and staff, recruiting and retention, employee relations and culture, workplace safety, unemployment claims follow up, routine benefits admin, employment law and more. The successful candidate must uphold the standards and policies of Eagle Crest Communities and represents our mission and core values at work and out in the community.

- This is a full-time position. Office hours are primarily Monday – Friday; occasional evenings and weekends to assist with incidents of a more urgent nature or for events that are scheduled in advance.
