We're looking for an experienced Electronics Technician II to join our growing team in Franklin, MA. This is a hands-on role where you'll build and wire custom electrical control panels used in cutting-edge industrial automation applications.
What You'll Be Doing
Building and wiring electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies
Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of material
- Installing PLCs, relays, switches, lights, sensors, and other electrical components
Using hand and power tools to drill, tap, assemble, and fabricate panels
Training and mentoring junior technicians
✅ Performing quality checks and helping ensure projects are completed on time
Taking ownership of customer projects from start to finish
What We're Looking For
✔ 4+ years of control panel wiring and electrical assembly experience
✔ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
✔ Experience using hand and power tools
✔ Technical certificate in Electrical Controls is a plus
✔ Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed
