Why guards leave the big companies (and why we’re different)
You know the drill at the national firms: schedules that change without warning, supervisors you’ve never met, and getting treated like a body in a uniform. We’re building the opposite — schedules set in advance and honored, an owner who answers the phone, and your name known on day one.

We also hold our guards to fitness standards — clients notice the difference, and so will you. GDF provides a gym membership so staying sharp doesn’t come out of your pocket.
What you’ll do
Standing posts, patrol routes, and access control at commercial properties, construction sites, and community associations across the Phoenix metro. Write clear incident reports, represent our clients professionally, and show up when you say you will.
Requirements
- Valid AZ DPS unarmed guard card (preferred — we’ll help strong candidates without one get carded)
- 18+, clean background (DPS fingerprint clearance)
- Reliable transportation and a working phone
- Able to write clear, professional reports in English
- Willing to meet and maintain GDF’s fitness standards (gym membership on us)
Nice to have: military or law enforcement background, armed registration (armed posts pay $23–25/hr), prior guard experience
