Nordstrom's also runs a repairable used vehicles lot, a self-service used auto parts yard, and a professional installation and diagnostic center. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recycled Parts Sales Professional located in Garretson, SD. The day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service and satisfaction, managing inventory control, and selling auto parts via phone, in-store, and e-commerce platforms. The role requires close coordination with different departments to ensure a seamless buying experience for our customers. Employment preference will be given to candidates who speak Spanish or are veterans
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Strong Communication and Sales skills
Experience in Inventory Control
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and team members
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with auto parts and the automotive industry is a must
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Spanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement
