Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Licensed Branch 2 Operator to lead operational excellence within our branch. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate operational management initiatives to optimize branch performance and ensure compliance with company standards
- Drive business development management by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding market presence
- Oversee budget management, including forecasting, financial analysis, profit and loss assessments, and executive-level budget oversight
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate large-scale organizational transformations smoothly and effectively
- Manage project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints
- Conduct operational analysis to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
- Supervise senior leadership teams and provide guidance on strategic planning, operational excellence initiatives, and business management practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management with supervisory experience in a leadership capacity
- Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and project management
- Expertise in change management processes and large-scale organizational change initiatives
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of operational excellence initiatives, process improvement methodologies, and business operations best practices
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex projects while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced certifications preferred
