We're a growing legal marketing agency, independently owned since 2005, working with plaintiff personal injury, trial law firms, and many other practice areas nationally.
You'll own paid media across multiple accounts on platforms such as Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, and YouTube. Campaign strategy, builds, daily optimization, budget forecasting, and lead quality analysis. When a managing partner asks why their LSA volume dropped, you're the one who can articulate why and what you're doing to turn things around.
We're not looking for someone to push buttons on a checklist. We're looking for someone who sees an underperforming campaign and wants to fix it, who gets a little charge out of a launch week, and who also has the discipline to reconcile a budget to the dollar and document what they built so it makes sense to someone else six months from now. Our clients get daily campaign oversight.
It's also a role where you'll need to hold a position. Law firm partners have opinions about their advertising. Sometimes those opinions are wrong. We want someone who can say so, back it with data, and genuinely present a differing viewpoint without being argumentative.
One thing to know going in. A meaningful part of your work runs through an internal platform we developed in-house for reporting, client visibility, competitive intelligence. It grows constantly. This isn't a job where you log into the same three off-the-shelf tools every morning and run the same playbook you ran at your last agency. Between our own platform and a paid media landscape where the platforms themselves keep shifting under everyone, you'll be learning continuously. Learning new things and change needs to be something you love and embrace, not a chore.
Twenty hours a week, with occasional flex up to 25 during campaign launches at the same rate.
What you'll do
- Manage Google Ads and LSA accounts in multiple locations and practice areas — daily optimization, bid strategy, budget pacing
- Build new campaigns from scratch: keyword research, ad copy, extensions, conversion tracking
- Limited social media ad management — Meta and YouTube campaigns for mass tort and practice-area work
- Build on emerging ad platforms as they open up, including OpenAI Ads and Apple for Business
- Analyze lead quality, monitor lead to case signup conversions for lead scoring and optimization training; work with clients on LSA lead disputes
- Forecast and reconcile monthly ad budgets
- Join client calls to present performance and defend recommendations
- Document account structures, campaign logic, and optimization decisions
- Spec landing pages and forms for campaigns
- Integrations with supporting platforms for call tracking, conversion tracking, and working with custom internal processes within larger firms.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years managing paid search, with real Google Ads depth — not a generalist who has touched it
- Hands-on Local Services Ads experience, including lead disputes and profile optimization
- Experience with lead scoring, lead quality analysis, and conversion tracking setup
- Curiosity about emerging ad platforms and a willingness to be early on a channel
- A real appetite for learning new tools. This is non-negotiable for us. You'll be working inside proprietary software that changes month to month, and we need someone who finds that energizing rather than annoying
- Comfortable presenting to clients and holding a position under pushback
- Meticulous with budgets, documentation, and tracking setup
- Self-directed.
- Legal, home services, healthcare, or other high-CPC lead-gen experience is a strong plus
- Google Ads certification preferred
This role involves access to client CRM systems containing confidential and privileged information. Employment offers are contingent on the successful completion of a background check.

How to apply
Send a resume and answer one question in a few sentences:
Tell us what you love or hate about how Google Ads has changed in the last 12 months. Strong opinions welcome. We don't care whether we agree with you — we care that you've been close enough to the work to have formed one.
A note on AI. We screen submissions for generative AI, and we'll say plainly why. We are not anti-AI — we build with it every day and you will too. But we're hiring a person, not a prompt. A short, plainly written answer in your own voice will beat a polished one you didn't write, every single time.
We read every one of these.
