Dental Assistant (Valencia, CA)
We have an immediate opening for a Dental Assistant for a general and multi-specialty dental practice. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and understands the importance of dentistry. The individual needs to be a team player who is able to provide exceptional customer service, has outstanding communication skills, can think outside of the box to help resolve issues and has a great attitude!
The applicant must have a comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures. The applicant must be able to perform all dental back office duties including chair-side assisting, taking radiographs, taking impressions and sterilization of instruments.
Requirements:
- Must have a genuine willingness to embrace a team atmosphere and contribute to a successful practice.
- Must have a license to take dental radiographs
- Must have previous experience working in a dental office OR have a DA license
- Must be able to take initiative and make decisions
- Must have strong time management skills and be a great multi-tasker
- Must be neat, highly organized and detail oriented
- Knowledge of EagleSoft dental software would be a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
