RIFT Spatial Technologies is looking for a Technical Co-Founder
We're building next-generation spatial awareness technology at the intersection of AI/ML, sensing, and RF — and we're looking for a technical co-founder to help us build the next chapter.
This isn't an early-stage idea on a napkin. RIFT already has issued/patented technology, active relationships with UAV manufacturers as clients, established government relationships, and seed funding in place. What we need now is a hands-on technical partner to help us scale the product and the team.
Who we're looking for
A technical co-founder who is genuinely comfortable across both software and hardware — this is a rare combination, but it's exactly what the problem demands:
- Strong software engineering background with real AI/ML experience (from research through to production systems)
- Hardware fluency across sensors, RF systems, and motion/tracking technologies
- Experience in aviation, UAV/drone systems, or related aerospace fields is a strong plus
- Comfortable operating at the systems level — where perception, signal processing, and physical hardware all have to work together
- Founder mentality: ownership, resourcefulness, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing rigor

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
