Must be able to travel to either location. Rogers' location shift starts at 3 pm (it is only open for dinner).

Experienced Servers
We seek dedicated and professional servers with a background in fine dining and strong sales skills. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- Excellent communication and upselling abilities
- Ability to provide an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as required.

Qualifications:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
