The Document Processor supports our Customer Experience Managers through the completion of all finance and vehicle documents required to take ownership of a new or pre-owned vehicles. This is an opportunity to work in a highline luxury dealership that is uniquely structured. The document processor will also work with the dealership Accounting team to ensure all compliance requirements. Great for anyone looking to grow within the Finance/Accounting team.
The Document Processor reports to the Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Submit customer information to lenders through lending portal
- Monitor lender portal for approvals
- Restructure deals for lender approval
- Calculate taxes and DMV Fees (multiple states)
- Work with CEM's in loading customer and deal structure into the Dealer Management System
- Process all paperwork, and ensure it is accurate and meets Business Office, government agency, and lender requirements
- Maintain a short sheet book with the accounting office and update daily; bring all concerns to the weekly meeting. Follow up on them until completion.
- Submit Finance & Lease Contracts
- Assure that deals are processed properly and closed quickly to keep CIT at acceptable levels
- Maintain solid operational controls
Qualifications:
- Experience using dealership related software such as RouteOne, DealerTrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Vauto is a plus.
- Detailed Oriented
- Must be able to work Saturdays
