What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Train and support parents and caregivers
- Analyze data and guide client progress
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals

Qualifications
- Active BCBA/LBA certification
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Spanish-speaking preferred, for specific cases

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
