Looking for someone with the ability to train new employees and push production. Experience is secondary to attitude.
On-Site Lead Representative
Job Duties:
* The lead candidate will manage contingent of onsite associates
* Onsite Leads will make sure associates are meeting productivity goals
* Will move associates into proper working departments
* Lead will verify associates are punching in appropriately and correcting any time clock issues
* Will report accurate number of associates in the building and distribute reports to department managers
* Review and maintain shift roster to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained on a daily basis
* Interact with client managers productivity, attendance and attitude of associates to maintain and dedicated and productive work force
* Will manage the core recruitment process from start to finish, including client services
* Will attend Personnel & Recruiting Team meetings
*Will provided personnel & recruiting updates to our management team regularly
