Premier Real Estate Management is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee our beautiful communities at Summit Lakes Apartments & Townhomes and Arbor Valley in Hartland, WI.

What You’ll Do
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the communities, including:
- Managing day-to-day property operations
- Overseeing leasing activity and maintaining strong occupancy levels
- Coordinating rent collections and ensuring timely follow-up
- Leading and supporting the on-site maintenance team
- Responding to and resolving resident concerns with professionalism
- Conducting property tours and building rapport with prospective residents
- Reviewing applications and ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Entering and maintaining resident and property data in company systems
- Assist in coordinating and following up on maintenance requests

Qualifications
- Previous property management experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong leadership experience is highly valued
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
