Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving beverages to guests
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service
- Assist with event planning and catering services as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for retail calculations and handling money
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Toast, is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be at least 21 years old and have knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations
- Weekend availability as needed
