Job Summary

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform plastering and finishing work to achieve smooth interior surfaces
- Engage in remodeling projects by removing old structures and installing new fixtures or finishes
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during construction activities
Experience
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for precise project execution
- Demonstrated ability to use hand tools and power tools efficiently across various trades including carpentry, framing, plastering, and woodworking
- Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, welding, and site operations
- Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on restoration or remodeling projects is preferred
