We are expanding into the Indianapolis market and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help build relationships with local businesses.
The Position
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with business owners and decision-makers throughout the Indianapolis area. Your goal will be to understand their business challenges and recommend website and digital marketing solutions that help them attract more customers.
This is a relationship-driven sales position for someone who is comfortable networking, prospecting, making calls, visiting businesses, and closing new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients in the Indianapolis market
- Visit local businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers
- Sell website design, SEO, paid advertising, social media, and digital marketing plans
- Conduct discovery meetings and learn about each prospect’s goals
- Present customized marketing recommendations and proposals
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Attend local networking events and represent Awebco professionally
- Work with the Awebco team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to production
Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling, in-person prospecting, and networking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
- Professional, dependable, and results-focused
- Basic understanding of websites or digital marketing is helpful, but training will be provided
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Indianapolis area
Compensation
- $30,000 annual base salary
- Commission of 10-20% (Specific larger items include a monthly commission of $250/$500 per month)
- Uncapped commission on website and digital marketing sales
- Recurring commission opportunities may be available on qualifying marketing plans
